RE: Bankers coming to Chicago for convention - They have a terrific PR stunt planned in Glendale Heights - a suburb in DuPage County about 30 miles west of Chicago - all these sympathetic bankers - and specifically BofA - are going to help Habitat work in a foreclosed house there!!!! Reading the article in the Daily Herald just made me sick!
It should help if you are way under water because they use PMV price!One problem with H4H is you must appraise at 96.5%-105% of mortgage so doesn't help if underwater.
