Charged Off 2nd Mortgage with CitiMortgage and they have no record of it

My mortgaged was charged off in 2015 with Citi Mortgage. They have no record of the mortgage and the lien in my county still says Citi Mortgage. What do I do? I want to see what the balance is. Also, do most 2nd mortgage charge offs still accrue interest and fees? I know I have credit cards that have been charged off and they stop accruing interest.
