As of the 24th of June, 2019 congress and the president have agreed to remove the cap on loan limits for VA home loans. Earlier this week they had agreed to remove the cap in congress and now that the president has signed it the bill will be in effect. This new bill affects the entire country as the limit in most counties across the country is 484,350.00

Before this bill was signed they were trying to increase fees for non-disabled veterans but different groups lobbied against the increase. Lawmakers opted to raise the loan cap as a way of raising the funds to support benefits instead.

When it comes to anything that supports the veterans whom graciously served this country, I am all for it. This is why we offer NO LENDER FEE'S on VA home loans as a way to show our support as a lender.
