Of course I'm worried when the time comes I'll have problems, but I think a lot to do with renting depends on where you live. I got houses sitting empty on my street over a year. More and more I'm seeing for rent signs. You bring up lucid points all around, but all those things can be combined so a person who wants to rent their place out can use sound judgement. All my bills are paid, been on my job over 14 years and I have one BIG black mark on my credit(repo). Haven't used credit of any kind in over 2 years. Not all things are in my favor, but I'm not ready to live under a bridge yet. I'm gonna read all the FYI info you posted.

Great information. My brother is thinking of renting his apartment in Fallon. And we are finding agent for that in our area.
