I am in md, the statute of limitations is 3 years from last payment on any type of debt.

I have not made payment on first 143k, or second 50k in over 3 years this year.

Dec 5th this year it will be 2 years since my ch 7 was discharged.

Does this mean I should hire an attorney and nullify these debts completeley and calim home as mine ?

Also BOA has kept all taxes paid up to date.

Unfortunately, even though the debt was discharged, the mortgage lien remains and there is no way to claim the home free and clear. The only way to release the lien is settle with them for what you had previously owed. To keep your home, you still have to pay the mortgage.
